- Testimony finished Wednesday with FBI forensic psychiatrist Gregory Saathoff. After he finished, the jurors were dismissed for the day so the attorneys and judge could discuss plans for jury instructions and closing arguments.
- Prosecutors say Lindsay strangled her children — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months — on Jan. 24, 2023, in their Duxbury, Massachusetts, home after sending her then-husband Patrick out for some errands. She then jumped out of the home’s second-story window and was paralyzed from the waist down in the fall. The defense says she was in the grip of bipolar disorder and postpartum psychosis and should not be held criminally responsible.

The prosecution and defense gave their closing arguments Thursday in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, and the case is now in the hands of the jury.
They will consider whether to find her guilty of first-degree murder or involuntary manslaughter, or not guilty by reason of insanity, meaning she was not criminally responsible for her actions.
